One of the most common questions we've received is about the broom digging in during reverse. We heard you; and we went to work.

After prototyping numerous solutions in the garage, we've landed on a simple, inexpensive DIY fix using a standard square U-bolt that limits the travel of the arms, preventing the broom from digging into the grass when reversing. The fix takes about two minutes and costs a couple of dollars at any hardware store.

Please note: This is a temporary solution while our engineer finalizes a permanent, purpose-built fix. Once that solution is designed, tested, and manufactured - we will be sending it to every Broominator owner, past and present, completely free of charge.
